Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Perform basic laboratory tests and collect patient samples (e.g., blood, urine).

- Prepare and sterilize medical instruments and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and addressing inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Certification or diploma from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- Proven experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and protocols.
- Proficiency in using EHR systems and basic computer applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and providing compassionate care.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with phlebotomy or laboratory procedures.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical billing processes.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to better serve our diverse patient population.
