The Role
As a Registered Nurse with our healthcare facility, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care while working alongside a skilled and compassionate clinical team. This is a full-time position with flexible shifts (including day, evening, night, and weekend rotations) to suit your preferences.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients across various departments (medical/surgical, aged care, emergency, or community health).
- Work collaboratively with doctors, specialists, and allied health professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Accurately assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, treatments, and progress.
- Administer medications, wound care, and other clinical interventions as required.
- Ensure compliance with AHPRA standards, infection control protocols, and healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients and families on health management, recovery, and preventative care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, staff training, and professional development programs.

Who We Are Looking For
We welcome applications from international and local Registered Nurses who meet the following criteria:
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility to obtain registration).
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent (recognized by the Australian Nursing & Midwifery Accreditation Council).
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduate nursing experience (preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates).
- Strong clinical skills in acute care, aged care, or specialized nursing fields.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- A patient-centered approach with empathy, professionalism, and resilience.
Desirable Skills (Not Mandatory):
- Experience in rural or regional healthcare settings.
- Additional certifications (e.g., IV therapy, palliative care, critical care, or mental health).
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
